Job Description

The Warranty Manager will handle and coordinate all warranty service requests for newly delivered boats.

• Act as the first point of contact for all warranty service calls on newly delivered yachts.

• Coordinate labour, materials, subcontractors and other resources to resolve warranty issues, keeping customers fully updated and setting clear, realistic expectations throughout.

• Process warranty claims, identifying opportunities to recharge costs to suppliers or subcontractors where appropriate.

• Work closely with Quality and Supply Chain teams to highlight recurring issues or poor supplier performance.

If you have extensive knowledge of yacht manufacturing and systems (Including Mechanical, Electrical, Rigging and Joinery) and are a keen sailor, we’d love to hear from you
