Warranty & Service Administrator
Full Time – Permanent
Southampton
Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 5.00pm with ½ hour unpaid lunchbreak.
Salary is dependent on experience
We are currently recruiting for a Warranty & Service Administrator to join our client in their new Southampton site.
Duties to include:
* Submitting all claims and invoices for payment, following manufactures warranty guidelines to meet audit standards.
* Monitoring and resolving any claim rejections, submit good will claims.
* Invoice approved claims using DMS.
* Co-ordinate recall campaigns and service actions and distribute information.
* Processing and checking retail invoice costing, including texting of jobs, ensuring all parts are load and to invoice standard.
The Person:
* Have a proven experience in Warranty and Service role with a dealership (car or commercial).
* Be pro-active, have excellent communications skills, attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to prioritise is essential.
* Take pride in what you do, a willingness to learn and be engaged with training.
* Enthusiastic and a dynamic personality
