Waste Collection Round Leader
Location: Oliver Close, West Thurrock, RM203ED
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 3+ Month
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 16.84 per hour

Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage waste collection teams.
Ensure timely and efficient waste collection services.
Coordinate daily routes and schedules.
Maintain communication with team members and supervisors.
Address and resolve any operational issues promptly.
Person Specifications
Must Have:
Previous experience in waste management or similar field.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Valid driving license.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of local waste management regulations.
Experience in route planning and logistics.
Basic computer skills.
