About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Watchmaker or Watch Technician to become a vital part of our fast-evolving team.
This is a unique opportunity to work with luxury watches, providing precise repairs and expert restorations that honor the heritage of each piece.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose, repair, and service a variety of high-end mechanical and quartz watches.
* Perform comprehensive restorations including cleaning, polishing, and component refurbishment.
* Maintain quality control standards to ensure every watch meets the companies exacting servicing criteria.
* Collaborate closely with customers and team members to deliver exceptional service.
* Keep detailed records of work performed and parts used.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a watchmaker or watch technician, preferably with luxury brand experience.
* Have completed an acknowledged & respected horological qualification
* Specific brand experience appertaining to SWISS MADE timekeeping marques would be especially relevant
* Strong technical skills with an eye for precision and detail.
* Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and commitment to quality.
* Professional attitude and excellent communication skills.
