Job Description
Corporately our client is the Official Service Centre responsible for the quality repair and servicing of the numerous SEIKO brands which calls for much bench working flexibility. This Watchmaker appointee should be able to work on a variety of watches including Kinetic, Mechanical/Automatic and Quartz movements.
Job role:
*
Carry out required servicing on watches allocated in accordance with each brands specific standards.
*
Ensure the technical functioning of the product prior to passing to QC.
*
Clearly communicate all bench challenges to your Supervisor / Technical Manager when required.
*
Organise and manage your workflow ensuring watches are serviced within required timeframes.
*
Be prepared to undertake brand specific training and continuous professional development opportunities in order to increase knowledge.
Requirements:
*
WOSTEP / BHI certification or equivalent
*
Relevant accreditation/s and specific training from a luxury watch brand/s, SEIKO is desirable but not essential.
*
Impeccable attention to detail and ability to clearly follow and where needed, switch between detailed instructions.
*
Experience of working independently.
*
A self-motivated individual who is able to deliver high standards of quality, in line with company best protocols.
*
Strong desire to continue to develop a long-term employer / employee association.
