Water Hygiene Engineer 
Between £30,000 - £35,000
London Area ( FIeld - based / Remote)
Full time | Permanent | 8am -5pm 45 hours a week

Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.

We are currently recruiting for a Water Hygiene Engineer to join their team.

The main purpose of this role is to carry out a variety of water hygiene and remedial engineering tasks, ensuring systems remain compliant, safe, and operating efficiently across healthcare and commercial sites.

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a company vehicle, bonus scheme, and pension.

This is a full-time 8am -5pm, permanent role working in a field-based position across the London area.

Your responsibilities will include:

TMV servicing, installation, and replacement
Water system monitoring and testing
Tank cleaning and inspections
Carrying out remedial plumbing tasks and small installations
Removing dead-legs and improving system efficiency
Inspecting systems to prevent breakdowns and failures
Troubleshooting faults and repairing or replacing components
Ensuring all work complies with health & safety regulations
The ideal candidate:

Proven experience as a Water Hygiene Engineer or similar role
Strong plumbing and water treatment remedial skills
Relevant plumbing qualification or completed apprenticeship
Experience working within healthcare environments
Knowledge of safety procedures and legal compliance
Ability to use a range of testing equipment
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Physically fit and able to work in a field-based role
Full UK driving licence
