Our client is a Water Hygiene / Legionella specialist, with new contracts in and around the M25 area. They are seeking a driven Water Hygiene Engineer to undertake a wide range of ACOP L8 compliance duties across: commercial, public sector and local authority client premises. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a good level of technical knowledge as well as hands-on experience. They are an independently-owned company, who can offer attractive basic salaries and benefits.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Must have good experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer
- Will have worked for a well-established Water Hygiene / Legionella company
- Fully conversant in ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
- Able to produce detailed written reports
- IT literate
- Hardworking attitude
The Role:
- Attending client sites to carry out ACOP L8 compliance work, to ensure water systems meet industry safety requirements
- Showerhead disinfections
- Cleans & disinfections on cold water storage tanks
- Chlorinations
- Calorifier inspections
- TMV servicing
- Water sampling
- Temperature monitoring
- Updating site logbooks
- Keeping accurate records of works undertaken
