This established Maidstone-based training provider has been operating successfully for over 7 years, specialising in Health & Safety and water industry training. They have built a strong reputation for delivering practical, hands-on learning and have invested in a purpose-built training facility where the emphasis is firmly on real-world application, not just classroom theory.

In this role, you will split your time between delivering practical training at their Maidstone centre and delivering online/e-learning sessions from home. You will deliver a range of water industry and network-focused courses, including Water & Network Operations training, EUSR SHEA Water, Thames Water Passport, and Valve Operations (including CALM Networks and mains isolation procedures). Training may be delivered at the Maidstone centre, at client sites, or via online platforms depending on the course.
The ideal candidate will live within commuting distance of Maidstone and have a technical background in water service or water mains laying. Full teaching and assessor training will be provided.

*Monday to Friday

*Strong practical knowledge of working on or around the mains water network
*Wants to move into a trainer/instructor role
