A rare home-based opportunity for an experienced Wealth Advisor, Financial Advisor, Financial Planner, or IFA to join a long-established wealth and mortgage business covering the Thames Valley.

Due to exceptional demand and rapid growth, the firm’s network of 20–25 whole-of-market mortgage brokers is generating 20–30 pre-qualified pension and investment leads every month, ensuring consistent high earnings potential.

The Role

As a home-based Wealth Advisor, you will provide whole-of-market financial planning across:

  * Pensions & retirement planning

  * Pension consolidation

  * Investments & ISAs

  * Protection (life, critical illness, long-term care)

  * Savings & financial wellbeing

You will receive a steady stream of new high-quality leads, plus unrestricted access to a large, long-standing client base, enabling you to deliver comprehensive financial planning and achieve high earnings from recurring and new business.

Responsibilities

  * Offer FCA-compliant pension & investment advice

  * Convert high-quality, pre-booked leads

  * Engage with long-standing clients to generate further planning opportunities

  * Maintain high professional standards and client care

  * Build relationships with the firm’s mortgage advisers and introducers

  * Work as a fully home-based financial professional

  * Manage client files, suitability reports and follow-ups

Candidate Requirements

  * Level 4 Diploma (DipPFS, CII, LIBF or equivalent)

  * Proven experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, Financial Planner, or IFA

  * Strong pension and investment knowledge

  * Skilled communicator with excellent client rapport

  * Self-motivated, disciplined and comfortable managing a home-based diary
