Textiles Weaver – Rotating Shifts
📍 Location: Bradford
💰 Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per year (depending on experience)
🕑 Shifts: Rotating – 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm
🧵 Industry: Textiles / Manufacturing
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing and well-established textiles manufacturer in Bradford, currently looking for an experienced Weaver to join their skilled production team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that values quality, tradition, and continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Operating weaving looms to produce high-quality woven fabrics
*
Monitoring machinery and adjusting settings to maintain optimal performance
*
Inspecting fabrics for quality, identifying and correcting weaving faults
*
Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
*
Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth shift transitions
Requirements:
*
Previous experience as a Weaver in a textile manufacturing environment is essential
*
Ability to work a rotating shift pattern (6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm)
*
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
*
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
*
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
