We are working with a well-established and fast-growing digital agency that specialises in delivering bespoke website and app solutions for a wide variety of clients across the UK. With creativity, technology, and user experience at the heart of their work, they take pride in transforming complex briefs into beautifully functional web and app products.
Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Web and App Project Manager to join their remote-first team. The successful candidate will act as the key link between clients and the internal web development team, managing the end-to-end delivery of website and app builds while also supporting ongoing maintenance and client relationships.
What's involved for the Web and App Project Manager…
Manage multiple client web and app projects from initial brief through to delivery
Scope technical requirements and translate them into detailed project documentation
Deliver a range of projects including WordPress and bespoke applications
Manage website support accounts and ensure ongoing client satisfaction
Liaise daily with clients, developers, and designers to ensure smooth delivery
Lead internal and client project meetings, providing status updates and resolving blockers
Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on trust and communication
Deliver training to clients on content management systems (CMS)
Create and maintain project plans and task boards
Conduct testing on new site launches and ensure quality control
Adapt project management styles (Agile or Waterfall) depending on project needs
Write and manage scopes, proposals, and technical documentationWhat you'll need…
Experience managing web and/or app projects
Proven track record of delivering digital projects within a creative or digital agency
Solid experience with WordPress or Laravel experience is a bonus
Skilled in writing functional specifications and managing project scope changes
Familiarity with project management tools and timelines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Confident in managing client expectations and pushing back where necessary
Experience in Agile project management (training available if required)
