Our client, a leading educational institution, is looking for a Website, UX and SEO Manager to spearhead a vital project: the procurement of a new CMS provider and a web design/build company. This is not just any role; it's a chance to lead a large-scale digital transformation that will shape the online presence of the University.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing and web strategy.
Manage a talented team of web developers and content editors to ensure optimal website performance.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including the Senior Leadership Team and Deans, to align online initiatives with organisational objectives.
Drive the strategic development of the university's web presence, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
Oversee digital governance and best practises, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Utilise analytics to assess and enhance website performance, focusing on student recruitment and engagement.What We're Looking For:
Experience: Proven track record in large-scale digital project management, particularly within educational institutions or large organisations.
Skills: Strong leadership and management capabilities, exceptional understanding of user experience, and proficiency in SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.).
Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, Computing, or equivalent experience. A postgraduate qualification is a plus!
