Join our Supportive and Lively Community at Greenways! ​Greenways is our residential home, just two minutes away from the centre of Highcliffe. Our team is growing in which we are looking for a weekend Support Worker to join us on a part time basis working 22 hours per week. Please note: Autism Unlimited does not provide visa sponsorship.​ To be considered for this role you must hold a Full UK driving licence, however access to your own vehicle is not essential. ​ The role: At Greenways, you’ll have the rewarding opportunity to support four friendly and energetic young gentlemen in their early to mid-twenties. Many of our residents have shared their lives together from school through to adulthood — a truly special journey that you’ll be proud to be part of. Our home is a vibrant and engaging environment, full of energy and activity. Whether it's attending college, joining workshops, or participating in local social clubs, there’s always something going on. Our residents love a wide range of activities, including bowling, swimming, forest picnics, cycling, and even horse riding! As a valued member of our team, your role will involve a mix of meaningful support — from helping with daily routines like food preparation, shopping, and personal care, to accompanying residents as they access the community and pursue their interests.
