Support other areas of the staging facility, which may include SCO staging, equipment branding, Clean Room and Boots Room activities. Work proactively and assist other team members when your allocated tasks have been completed. What We Are Looking For You do not necessarily need previous weigh-scale calibration experience, but you should be practical, accurate and comfortable working with technical equipment. The successful candidate will: Be numerate, articulate and able to communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors and management. Be confident using a PC and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook. Have good attention to detail and be comfortable completing digital records accurately. Be self-motivated, enthusiastic and willing to learn new technical processes. Be able to work effectively in a busy, fast-moving environment. Be able to follow detailed verbal and written instructions. Be comfortable carrying out repetitive technical tasks while maintaining the same level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the shift. Have experience using general hand tools such as screwdrivers, files, snips, socket sets and spanners. Be prepared to provide their own basic hand tools where required. Have a basic understanding of workplace Health & Safety, manual handling and electrical safety. Be comfortable using pallet trucks and handling equipment safely. Be flexible and willing to move between different duties depending on operational requirements. Have a positive, proactive attitude and a genuine willingness to get the job done.
