Are you a Welder Fabricator looking for a role that offers a genuine work/life balance with a permanent four-day working week?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business offering the security of a permanent position, stable, days-based work and additional potential for overtime.
Working Monday to Thursday, you'll enjoy every Friday off while still having the opportunity to boost your earnings through overtime when available. You'll become part of a close-knit engineering team where quality work is valued and long-term staff retention speaks for itself.
The role involves welding and fabricating a variety of steel products using MIG, TIG and ARC welding processes. Working from engineering drawings, you'll manufacture bespoke components to a high standard while collaborating with an experienced team to deliver quality products on time.
This role suits a Welder Fabricator looking to improve your work/life balance without sacrificing earning potential.
The Role
Welding and fabricating mild and stainless-steel products. MIG, TIG and ARC welding.
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
Producing high-quality fabricated components.
Mon-Thurs, 06:45-16:15 (36-hour week).
Overtime potential.
