WE’RE HIRING: Fabricator/Welder
Newtown
Full-Time | Overtime Available
Are you a skilled Fabricator/Welder looking for a new opportunity?
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Fabricating and assembling metal products
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
* Setting up and operating fabrication machinery
* Cutting, shaping and bending Carbon & Stainless Steel
* MIG welding to a high standard
* Working with welding symbols
* Maintaining excellent housekeeping and safety standards
* Working independently to deliver high-quality work on time
* Preparing to pass EN ISO 9606 welder approval
What We’re Looking For
* Proven background in fabrication (apprenticeship or qualification preferred)
* Experience in the engineering/manufacturing sector (essential)
* Ability to weld carbon steel, alloy steel & stainless steel
* Knowledge of MIG welding techniques
* Enthusiastic, flexible and willing to take on additional roles
* Able to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
* Willing to work overtime when required
