Job Description
Welder / Fabricator – MIG & TIG (Mild Steel, Stainless, Aluminium)
Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 07:00–17:00 (Mon–Thurs) — 4-day working week
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator with strong MIG and TIG skills across mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. You will be responsible for fabricating high-quality components from engineering drawings, carrying out both welding and general fabrication duties to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

MIG and TIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium
*
Fabrication of components from engineering/technical drawings
*
Cutting, prepping, forming and assembling metalwork as required
*
Working with a range of thicknesses depending on job requirements
*
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of accuracy and finish
*
Maintaining a safe, clean and organised working environment
*
Supporting wider workshop tasks when needed
What We’re Looking For
*
Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator
*
Competent in MIG & TIG welding (mild steel, stainless, aluminium)
*
Ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings
*
Good practical fabrication skills (marking out, cutting, assembly)
*
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
*
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a close-knit team
Hours & Benefits

07:00 – 17:00, Monday–Thursday (long weekend every week)

192 hours holiday per year + statutory holidays
*
