Key Responsibilities 🔧
Perform MIG welding and fabrication tasks in line with technical drawings
Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high production standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment
Support the company's growth as production expands into a new Rossendale facilityWhat We're Looking For 🧠
Proven experience as a Welder / Fabricator (MIG welding essential)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
A proactive, team-oriented mindset
Strong commitment to quality and safety standardsBenefits & Perks 💼
Competitive hourly rate of £15.90
4-day working week (Monday to Thursday, 40 hours guaranteed)
Overtime available on Fridays at time and a half
Generous package including:
4 weeks holiday + statutory days
Pension contributions
Death in service cover
