We are currently recruiting for a Welder Fabricator for a company based in Washington.
Key responsibilities:
* Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
* Measure, mark, cut, prepare, and fabricate metal components using appropriate workshop equipment.
* Perform MIG welding to a high standard.
* Assemble fabricated parts and structures accurately.
* Inspect completed welds and fabricated components to ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Carry out grinding, finishing, and dressing of welds where required.
* Ensure all work is completed within agreed production timescales.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
* Follow company health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
* Report equipment faults, material shortages, or quality concerns promptly.
