Job Description
Our client, a reputable and family-run business specializing in bespoke automotive manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join their dedicated team in South Worcestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Welder / Fabricator to work on a limited series of handcrafted sports cars within a purpose-built, temperature-controlled workshop.
Benefits:
* Salary £36,000 – £48,000+ depending on experience
* 40-hour working week with an early finish every Friday
* 30 days holiday including Bank Holidays

Duties as a Welder / Fabricator:
* MIG and TIG welding on steel and aluminium components
* Tank and component fabrication
* Chassis fabrication and welding
* Manufacturing components to exact jig specifications
* Producing high-quality fabricated parts for bespoke automotive projects
* Maintaining exceptional standards of craftsmanship and finish
* Contributing to the manufacture of low-volume, hand-built vehicles
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Welder / Fabricator
* Strong MIG and TIG welding skills
* Experience working with steel and aluminium
* Proven background in chassis fabrication and welding
* Confident in fabricating automotive components
* Ability to produce parts accurately to jig specifications
* Experience in low-volume vehicle manufacturing is highly advantageous
