Job Description
Are you a skilled Welder/Fabricator with a passion for precision and quality workmanship?
We are working with a long-established engineering business with over 4 Decades of experience delivering specialist fabrication and welding solutions to a diverse range of industries. What You’ll Be Doing:

Reading and working from detailed engineering drawings
*
Performing a range of welding techniques including MIG, TIG, Spot, Projection, Gas, and Arc Welding
*
General fabrication duties: cutting, bending, drilling, riveting, and assembly
*
Operating machinery including milling and turning equipment as required
*
Working on small batch and one-off projects to tight tolerances
*
Collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure quality output
*
Ensuring H&S procedures are followed and maintaining a clean work environment
What We're Looking For:
*
Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator in an engineering or manufacturing environment
*
Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings
*
Experience with various welding methods (MIG, TIG, Spot, etc.)
*
Competence with general fabrication tools and machinery
*
A positive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
*
Relevant qualifications or apprenticeship in welding/fabrication (desirable)
