Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal components based on technical drawings and specifications. This role requires a high level of precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of welding techniques and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

Fabricate and assemble structural metal components using cutting, bending, and welding techniques.
*
Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on various metals such as mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
*
Use workshop tools and equipment including grinders, saws, and drill presses safely and effectively.
*
Measure and inspect fabricated parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
*
Conduct quality control checks to identify and fix weld defects or structural issues.
*
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
*
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other fabricators to complete projects efficiently.
*
Operate forklifts, cranes, and other lifting equipment when needed (if certified).
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator (typically 2+ years).
*
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, or Arc welding (depending on the role).
*
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
*
Familiarity with fabrication tools and machinery.
*
Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
