Job Role: Welder Fabricator
Location: Leicester
Shift: 07:00am to 4:30pm / early finish on a Friday
Pay Rate: £15-£17 per hour depending on experience

Overview:
We are currently looking for a skilled Welder Fabricator to join a busy and growing engineering and manufacturing team based in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual with a strong background in MIG welding and a good understanding of fabrication techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality MIG welding on a variety of mild steel components
Work from engineering drawings to fabricate parts to specification
Operate hand tools and fabrication machinery as required
Carry out basic assembly and ensure all work meets quality standards
Maintain safe and clean working practices at all times
Work both independently and as part of a team to meet production targetsEssential Requirements:
Proven experience in MIG welding (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Basic fabrication skills (cutting, forming, tacking, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Positive attitude, good communication skills, and team spirit
Reliable and punctual with a good work ethicDesirable Experience (Not Essential):
Operating press brake machinery
Operating laser cutting machines
General fabrication including cutting, drilling, and grinding
