🔧 Your Role Will Include:

MIG/TIG welding and fabrication of mild steel, stainless steel or aluminium (depending on role)
*
Working from engineering drawings to cut, fabricate, and assemble
*
Using workshop machinery including presses, saws, and grinders
*
Ensuring high-quality, accurate workmanship to industry standards
*
Occasional site work or fitting (role-dependent)
🛠 What We’re Looking For:
*
Previous experience in welding and fabrication
*
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
*
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
*
NVQ Level 2/3 or time-served experience preferred
*
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
