Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder Fabricator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components using MIG and TIG processes across various materials, including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. This role requires precision, craftsmanship, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Cut, form, and assemble metal parts and structures to specified tolerances.
• Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery (e.g., grinders, saws etc).
• Maintain equipment and work area in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
• Adhere to company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding
• Proficiency working with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication blueprints.
• Familiarity with fabrication tools, measuring instruments, and metalworking techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in custom fabrication, sheet metal work, or structural welding.
• Forklift licence would be a plus but not essential.
