Welder/Fabricator
Salary: £13.00 - £18.00 per hour DOE + overtime at 1.5x + training
Location: Sittingbourne (Commutable from: Maidstone, Rochester, Gillingham, Faversham, Canterbury)
Are you a skilled welder fabricator or a motivated trainee looking to build your career in high-quality metalwork?
On offer is a varied, hands-on role with early starts and early finishes, where no two days are the same. You'll work on bespoke projects, receive on-the-job training, and have the chance to progress into more senior positions over time.
This is a well-established, close-knit business known for its craftsmanship and supportive team environment. They're now looking for a committed individual to join them and contribute to delivering high-quality work.
You'll be producing bespoke metalwork from start to finish, working from drawings, fabricating components, and ensuring a high-quality finish. The work is varied, covering different projects each week, with guidance from the foreman but plenty of independence once tasks are underway.
This role would suit an experienced welder fabricator or a trainee with welding qualifications, looking for variety, training, and long-term stability.
The Role:
Manufacture bespoke metalwork to exacting standards
Work from plans under guidance before taking projects through to completion
Varied role not repetitive production line workThe Candidate:
NVQ in Welding/Fabrication or Time Served.
Local to Sittingbourne site.
