Job Description
Cogent Staffing are recruiting for Welder Fabricators to join a leading manufacturer in Wakefield. Enjoy early finishes on Fridays, premium overtime pay, and the chance to work in an engaging environment.
This top manufacturer has recently invested significantly in modernising its facilities. Due to ongoing business growth, they are expanding their welding and fabrication team.
Package
* Monday: 08:00-17:30
* Tuesday - Thursday: 08:00-16:30
* Friday: 08:00-14:30
* Hourly Rate: £16 (negotiable for higher skill sets)
* Overtime paid at a premium rate
* Early finishes on Fridays
* 28 days of holiday, increasing to 32 days with service
* Free onsite parking
* Permanent roles
The company is conveniently located just a few miles from the M1 and M62 motorways, making it easily accessible from Leeds, Bradford, Castleford, Huddersfield, and Dewsbury.
Key Responsibilities of the Welder Fabricator
* Execute high-quality MIG welding and fabrication.
* Interpret detailed engineering and technical drawings.
* Conduct quality control checks on finished products.
* Work with mild and galvanized steel materials.
* Meet production targets and customer deadlines.
Minimum Experience/Requirements
* Demonstrated MIG welding experience.
* Ability to excel in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
* Strong teamwork skills.
* Keen attention to detail and quality standards.
