Job Title: Welder Fabricator (MIG & TIG) – Immediate Start
Leicester
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Welder Fabricator with strong MIG and TIG welding skills to join our team immediately. You will be working on a variety of fabrication projects, ensuring high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
MIG & TIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and components
Operating workshop tools and machinery safely and effectively
Carrying out quality checks to ensure all work meets specifications
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator (MIG & TIG)
Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Own PPE and tools (advantageous but not essential)
Available to start immediately
