Job Description
Welder – Fabricator
£15.44 - £17.30 with holiday pay via umbrella per hour
Sheffield
Austin Banks are working with an engineering business with strong links throughout their industry, providing a range of comprehensive engineering solutions.
Due to extensive growth, they are looking for welder fabricator with medium to heavy bespoke fabrication experience to hit the ground running.
Duties:
* MIG welding large structural pieces
* To interpret engineering drawings for parts to be welded
* Carry out dimensional check
* Fillet welds
* BUTT welds
* Ensure tolerances and parameters are met to satisfy quality and output
Experience:
Ideally the candidate will be apprentice trained, or time served equivalent
Must be experienced in MIG welding, must be able to work from engineering drawings
Salary & Hours:
Days 8am – 4:30pm Mon – Thur. Friday 8am – 3:30pm
39-hour week
