Welder / Fabricator – Temp to Perm
Location:Tonbridge, Kent
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:30am–4:00pm
We’re looking for an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join a busy manufacturing business near Tonbridge. You’ll be working in a well-equipped workshop, fabricating high-quality metal products to precise standards, with the opportunity to go permanent after 16 weeks.
What you’ll do:

Fabricate metal components from technical drawings
*
Carry out welding work safely and accurately using appropriate equipment
*
Check quality and measurements throughout production
*
Meet daily output targets as part of a supportive team
*
Maintain a tidy, safe work environment
What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in welding and fabrication
*
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
*
Reliable, quality-focused, and safety-conscious
*
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
