Job Title: Welder Fabricator (MIG) Location: High Peak, Derbyshire Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Working Hours: Rotating weekly shifts – Monday to Friday * Early shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm * Late shift: 2:00pm – 12:00am Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour + Target-Based Bonus Benefits: Paid breaks, free on-site parking, competitive overtime rates About the Company: AMLR Manufacturing & Engineering Ltd is proudly partnering with a leading engineering firm based in High Peak, Derbyshire. This reputable company specializes in the fabrication of skips, containers, frames, and stillages for a range of industrial sectors. Due to continued growth and recent investment in their fabrication department, we are looking to expand their team of skilled MIG Welders. This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-established and forward-thinking business that values its people. The Role: As a Welder Fabricator, you’ll be part of a skilled team working on a range of fabrication projects using MIG welding techniques. You’ll be based at a modern, well-equipped facility, working with experienced welders to build high-quality industrial units. This is a physically and mentally engaging role with a fast-paced workflow. You'll also have the opportunity to boost your earnings through target bonuses and regular overtime.
