Are you a Welder / Fabricator looking to join a longstanding company who are leaders in their field, providing you with a stable Monday to Friday role with investment in training or qualifications to increase your skillset and the opportunity to progress?
On offer is the opportunity to join a manufacturer that was founded over 20 years ago and boast a turnover increase of 20% in the last 18 months, looking to continue their expansion with this new role. They supply their turnkey compressed air solutions from SMEs to blue chip clients, with an expanding product range coming soon.
In this Monday to Friday role, you will be workshop based, with occasional site visits as you progress. You will be responsible for MIG welding, general fabrication and building of the companies wide range of Compressor / Drying products. There will be ongoing training given on all aspects to allow you to progress to a rounded Service Technician.
This role would suit a Welder or Fabricator with a background in MIG welding , who wants to join a growing business that will provide comprehensive onboarding and additional training alongside mentorship, the opportunity to progress and the ability to boost earnings with overtime.
The Role:
Working on compressors, pipework, driers, and refrigeration units
MIG welding and fabrication
Workshop based, opportunities to move into site-work
Overtime paid at 1.5x
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, 40 hours a weekThe Person:

* Looking for a hands on role, with potential progression
* Commutable to Burton-On-Trent
