Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder Fabricator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reading and interpreting technical drawings, fabricating metal structures and components, and performing various types of welding to assemble and repair products. A strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and high-quality workmanship are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

Cut, shape, and join metal parts and structures using welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC, etc.).
*
Fabricate components and structures from raw materials according to design specifications.
*
Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery such as saws, grinders, drills, and presses.
*
Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures to ensure strength and durability.
*
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment in line with health and safety standards.
*
Perform routine maintenance on welding and fabrication equipment.
*
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

Troubleshoot fabrication or welding issues and recommend solutions.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a welder fabricator (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
*
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or ARC welding.
*
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.
*
Skilled in metal cutting, grinding, and fabrication techniques.
*
Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in fabrication.
*
Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
