Job Description
Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator to begin work for a well-established steel fabrication company in the Swindon area.
About the role:
* Working hours – Full-time, Monday to Friday, flexible daytime hours
* Pay rate – £16.00–£20.00 per hour, depending on experience
* Workshop-based role with some site-fitting work
* Fabricating gates, railings, staircases and other bespoke steel products
* MIG, TIG and stick welding
* Taking accurate measurements on site
* Working independently from technical drawings and verbal instructions
* Long-term work for the right candidate
* Start: Immediately
About you:
* Experienced Welder/Fabricator
* Strong MIG welding experience
* TIG and stick welding experience
* Able to read and work accurately from technical drawings
* Confident completing fabrication and site-fitting work independently
* High work ethic and a good team player
* Punctual and reliable
* Time-served or suitably qualified
