About the Role:
Frontline Recruitment is seeking a skilled and reliable Welder to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will play a key role in fabricating and assembling metal structures and components across a range of projects. THE ROLE:
* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
* Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and/or arc welding techniques
* Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components
* Inspect welds for accuracy and structural soundness
* Operate welding equipment safely and maintain tools in good condition
* Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean work environment
THE REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience as a welder in an industrial or manufacturing environment
* Proficiency in various welding methods (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick)
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
* Relevant welding certifications (preferred but not essential)
* Good physical condition and manual dexterity
