Job type: Contract, 3 months on-going
Rate: £15.12 to £19.27 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours:
Monday- Thursday 07:30-16:00, Friday 07:30-12:30
Moving onto afternoon shift, Monday- Thursday 14:00-22:30, Friday 14:00-19:00 (with shift premium)
We are seeking a skilled welder to join our growing team. If you have experience with welding and a strong attention to detail, this is an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents. As a welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality work on a variety of metal components, contributing to the assembly of cutting-edge machinery.
Welder Key Responsibilities:
Perform welder duties using MIG and TIG welding techniques.
Accurately read and follow blueprints and technical drawings to complete welder tasks.
Ensure all welds meet safety and quality standards.
Conduct basic maintenance of welding equipment to ensure functionality for welder operations.
Collaborate with the team to ensure production goals are met.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment while performing welder tasks.Welder skills and experiences:
Proven experience as a welder, with knowledge of MIG and TIG.
Experienced in working with Aluminium and Steel.
Ability to interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
High level of precision and attention to detail in welder work.
Physical stamina to work with heavy equipment and in various positions during welder duties.
Most have welding codings.
