Location: Crawley
Pay: up to £17 per hour
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x (Weekdays & Saturdays)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 07:30 – 16:00
Overtime Available: Weekdays until 17:30, Saturdays 07:30 – 11:30

What You'll Be Doing
* Perform MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
* Interpret and work from engineering drawings
* Measure, cut, and fabricate custom components
* Conduct quality inspections of completed welds
* Use various fabrication tools and machinery
* Follow strict health and safety procedures
* Maintain a tidy and efficient work area
* Support the team with a positive, can-do attitude
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience with MIG & TIG welding
* Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Confident with workshop tools and machinery
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Reliable, proactive, and team-focused
* Experience in a busy fabrication or engineering environment
