Salary: £17.50 per hour DOE / £35,000 per annum DOE
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Day Shift, Monday to Friday
We’re proud to partner with a well-established, owner-managed manufacturing business based in Bradford.
Our client specialises in the design, manufacture, installation, and service of heating equipment, and is highly regarded in the industry for their technical expertise and long-standing reputation for quality.
The Role:
As a Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds on a variety of materials, working to precise specifications and quality standards. This role requires experience with MIG/MAG welding techniques and working with heavy materials up to 20mm in thickness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Weld components in accordance with technical drawings and specifications
* Use MIG/MAG welding techniques to produce high-quality, structurally sound welds
* Work to coded welding standards
* Weld heavy materials up to 20mm thick
* Dress and finish products to meet required standards
* Maintain a high standard of workplace health and safety

About You:
* Ideally qualified in welding (e.g. City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3)
* Proven welding experience, ideally to a coded standard
