Welder MMA / MIG / TIG, £21–£25 Per Hour, Bridge of Allan, Stirling, Immediate Start
We are currently recruiting two experienced welders for a short-term, site-based project working on major infrastructure across Scotland. This role involves structural welding on the underside of bridge structures, requiring proficiency in MMA (Stick), MIG, and TIG welding in safety-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform MMA, MIG, and TIG welding on bridge support steel structures
* Work underneath bridge decks in varied site conditions
* Ensure all welding is completed to high structural and safety standards
* Interpret and follow technical drawings and site instructions
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
* Report any hazards, defects, or incidents immediately
Requirements
* Proven experience in MMA, MIG, and TIG welding
* Experience with structural steelwork or bridge projects (preferred)
* Strong knowledge of health and safety practices
