📍 Location: Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire
💰 Salary: £31,543 – £41,122 + up to £11,793 employer pension contribution
We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading FE college in Scunthorpe for a passionate and skilled Fabrication & Welding Lecturer to join their dynamic Engineering team.
This role is ideal for either a qualified teacher or an experienced Fabricator/Welder looking to move into education. Full teaching support and professional development are available.
What you’ll need:

Level 3 qualification in Fabrication & Welding
*
Level 2 in English & Maths
*
Industry expertise and a desire to share your skills
*
Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
What you’ll do:

Deliver practical and classroom-based sessions

Inspire and support learners across a range of levels

Monitor progress, behaviour and attendance
