In this role, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions to apprentices on both theory and practical elements. You will be provided with full teacher training in the form of both internal training and undergoing a formal qualification.You will play an important part in inspiring apprentices to fulfil their potential and develop the skills to become a qualified Welder/Fabricator.

The successful candidate for this role will have strong Welding & Fabricating knowledge and experience and have a Level 3 qualification. Previous training or teaching experience is not required as the College will provide you with all the training needed.
