Job Description
Role – MIG/TIG Welding role
Location – Thetford, Norfolk
Working hours – Monday to Friday – Fulltime hours
Rate of pay – Up to £18.50 per hour
Capacity of role – Temporary to Permanent position
Our client is looking for an additional to their workshop team with a time served welder
Candidates will need to be proficient with MIG and TIG practises.
An immediate start could be offered for the right candidate.
Main duties will include –
Reading and interpreting drawings to understand project requirements
Measuring and cutting metal components to dimensions using hand and power tools
Using various welding techniques
Inspecting the welds to ensure they meet design requirements
Maintaining a clean workspace
Candidate attributes –
Welding experience
Happy to work overtime as and when required
Fabrication knowledge
