Welsh-Speaking Level 2 Nursery Practitioner Wanted! Location: Cardiff (CF11) Hours: 08:30 – 15:30 Pay: £89 – £100 per day (paid weekly) Start Date: ASAP Do you speak Welsh fluently and have a passion for supporting children in their early years? Join Teaching Personnel and become part of a warm and welcoming nursery team in the Cardiff (CF11) area! We’re looking for a caring and dedicated Welsh-speaking Level 2 Nursery Practitioner to provide high-quality care and learning experiences through the medium of Welsh. This is a wonderful opportunity to help children grow, explore, and thrive in a nurturing bilingual environment. Your Role: Create a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for young children Deliver play-based learning activities through Welsh Support the development of children’s communication, social, and motor skills Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement engaging sessions Build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents Ensure all safeguarding and EYFS requirements are met What We’re Looking For: Fluency in Welsh (spoken and written) Level 2 Childcare qualification (or equivalent) A warm, patient, and nurturing approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for early years education Previous nursery or childcare experience (essential) Why Join Teaching Personnel?
