Salary: £18.05 - £21.40 per hour
We have an opportunity for a Wet Multi Trade Operative to join a responsive maintenance contract with a social housing provider based in West London. The primary focus of this role is to undertake tasks aimed at achieving first time fixes while delivering high-quality workmanship in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring excellent customer service for the client at all times.
Responsibilities:
Undertaking all plastering tasks to achieve first time fix and deliver a high standard of workmanship in a timely and productive manner always affording excellent customer service to the client.
Undertaking patch and larger plastering works, decorating, tiling and other associated maintenance tasks.
Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaking and materials used after each job undertaken.Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
City & Guilds / NVQ in Plastering, Plasterer CSCS Card OR NVQ Diploma in Building Maintenance Multi-trade Repair and Refurbishment
Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
Basic Criminal Record CheckBenefits:
