Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain wet paint spraying equipment to apply coatings on various metal surfaces.
* Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required.
* Mix and match paints to achieve the desired color and finish.
* Ensure high-quality application, adhering to company standards and specifications.
* Conduct regular inspections of the finished product to ensure a flawless appearance.
* Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a wet paint sprayer, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing sector.
* Strong understanding of paint types, application techniques, and safety practices.
* Attention to detail and commitment to achieving high-quality results.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
