Wet Room / Bathroom Fitter – Social Housing
Location: Lancashire (Preston, Blackburn, Accrington, Clitheroe, Blackpool, Morecambe)
Rate: £22 per hour CIS
Type: Temporary – Ongoing Work
Our client, a leading social housing contractor, is seeking an experienced Wet Room / Bathroom Fitter to install wet room trays and bathroom suites across a range of social housing properties in Lancashire.
Key Responsibilities:
Installing wet room trays and full bathroom suites in occupied properties
Completing all work to a high standard, in line with health and safety requirements
Delivering excellent customer service to tenants
Working independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing or Bathroom Fitting
Own vehicle and tools
Valid CSCS Card
Full UK Driving Licence
Previous experience within the Social Housing sector
Proven competence in fitting wet room suites
Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and professionalism
