We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Wet Trade Operative to join the reactive maintenance team for a local housing association.
Responsibilities:
Completing a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks within occupied homes such as plastering, rendering, decorating and tiling.
Using an electronic personal digital assistant device to receive and record work.
Maintaining appropriate van stock and ensuring orders are placed with suppliers and comply with the group specifications.Requirements:
