A busy repair workshop in Leeds is hiring a skilled Winder/Fitter to join their team. If you’re experienced in repairing electric motors and rotating machinery, this is an opportunity to build a long-term future with a company that values quality and technical expertise.
💼 Responsibilities:

Conduct repairs on a wide variety of rotating industrial equipment
*
Perform strip-downs, inspections, fault diagnosis, and rebuilds
*
80% workshop / 20% site-based work
*
Collaborate with the team and support emergency breakdown repairs as needed
🔧 Requirements:
*
Strong mechanical fitting background, ideally with winding experience
*
Familiar with pump and motor overhauls
*
Self-sufficient and capable of working to technical drawings
*
Must already have legal right to work in the UKBefore You Apply
