Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and clarity of windows across various commercial and residential properties. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing excellent service to our clients while ensuring safety and professionalism at all times. A valid driving licence is essential to facilitate travel between sites.
Duties
* Clean windows on both the interior and exterior of buildings, ensuring streak-free results
* Use specialised cleaning tools and solutions to achieve high-quality finishes
* Safely operate access equipment such as ladders, scaffolding, or cherry pickers when required
* Maintain equipment and ensure all safety protocols are followed during work activities
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific requirements and ensure satisfaction
* Manage scheduling and organise daily routes efficiently for timely service delivery
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning operations
Experience
* Previous experience in window cleaning or similar roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
* Must have Driving License
* Must have cscs card
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
