Job Description
Our client specialise in premium UPVC & aluminium double-glazed windows, doors, conservatories, and flat roof lanterns. Known for quality craftsmanship, energy-efficient designs, and exceptional customer service.
They are currently seeking a permanent Window Installer to join their growing team.
Must be able to drive and cover London, Essex and Kent.
As a Window Installer you will be a key part of our installation team, ensuring every projec, from windows and doors to conservatories and roof lanterns is installed to the highest standard. You'll bring technical skill, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
*
Deliver professional installation of UPVC and aluminium products, including:
*
Casement, tilt & turn, bay, sash windows
*
UPVC panel, composite, patio, French, bifold and aluminium doors
*
Conservatories and flat roof lanterns
*
Maintain installation quality: ensure weather-tight seals, optimal insulation, proper hinges, locking systems, and finishing details.
*
Uphold safety and regulatory standards, FENSA compliance, BFRC performance ratings, and Secured by Design specifications
*
Conduct site surveys, measure products on-site if needed, and prepare for installation.
*
Provide excellent customer experience, arrive punctually, respect client property, explain installation steps clearly.
*
Collaborate with manufacturing and administrative teams, report any site issues promptly and ensure smooth project handoffs.
*
Perform final quality checks, tidy installation site, and advise clients on maintenance.
*
Assist with minor repairs, adjustments, or replacements as needed.
Requirements
Essential
*
Proven experience installing double-glazed UPVC and/or aluminium windows and doors.
*
Skilled in reading drawings, measuring accurately, and installing custom-fit units.
*
Strong knowledge of glazing components: weather seals, multipoint locks, friction hinges, restrictors.
*
Safety-conscious, familiar with onsite practices and safe handling procedures.
*
Customer-focused with excellent communication and reliability.

Valid UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel within our service areaBefore You Apply
